Besides my cap I have another otherwise stock 2013 off-road double cab. It seems to be running low/sagging so I bought Tuff Country 2" AALs. The goal is to get the rear ride height back to something that looks more stock/less pitiful.

I've seen where people adding leaves (leafs?) need to insert a wedge to correct the pinion angle. I'm wondering if my lift is enough to need this and/or if it's necessary since I'm correcting height and not really adding height?

I'm sure the answer is really to get under and measure, but that's somewhat difficult to do before I actually add the leaf so I'm asking here in the meantime and maybe I can get the correct adjustment to avoid doing this twice.

    Same crap everyone else got
I have a rear aal (1.5-2) on my tuck with a camper top and it sits level with my front with 5100's and 885 coils.

If I were you, I’d measure before you put the ubolts on. Just measure pion angle and if it needs it, jack it back up an Inch and slide them in. I’m running a similar setup and mine sits level now. I need to measure because I feel just a faint hint of a vibration. E27A47C8-61D7-457A-9353-3DF0E5592E1D.jpg

Not always, I've lifted quite a few tacomas (up to 3") with only 2 that had slight vibes after which was corrected by dropping carrier bearing 3/4", but you wont know till you drive it after, as far as the front lifting goes ANYTIME the geometry changes (lifting/lowering) you'll need an alignment..;)
