    lol it wasn't at all.

Alex literally walked back to me while we were all eating "hey Matt and Jeff and some others want to go see the windmills so we are gonna blah blah blah" and I was like "alright that's fine because Amy wants to as well"

It didn't fail me completely, just had to clean the alternator ground :anonymous:

Edit* Oh and that was without any locker or even CVs so those aren't needed. It actually sounds like it would be cheap to build a truck with all these things the group has come up with as not needed:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Bro. I got A-TRAC. It’s just as good as a locker. It’s like 3.5 wheel drive.

Nobody said anything about harder trails at Windrock, and I definitely didn't turn it down. Only thing I turned down was night riding.

At Chocco I didn't do 1 hill. The time I didn't do that, nobody attempted boat ramp, all we did was look at it. I've never been there when you attempted Boat Ramp that I recall.

Also, y'all all seem to have memory lapse or something about this whole discussion on the front locker.

I NEVER said a front locker isn't helpful, or better than an unlocked front. The ONLY point I made from the beginning, is that a truck with a front locker has never made it somewhere that I could not without me having one. This point still holds true.

I did not have the extra 950$ to get one when I got gears. I got 35s for cheaper than most of you got 33s, thinking I wouldn't need gears because @Acerwin ran his on stock gears the whole time. Turns out I did need gears so I had to bite the bullet before ruining my trans.

Here are the only 3 places I can think of that when I was in attendance, somebody did without me doing it, and none of it was because of the front lockers.

    1. In Moab I broke my spider gears in the rear diff on Top of the World and did not make it to the top, not that I would've pulled to the edge anyways. Every other truck made it, unlocked ones, locked ones, sports, offroads, etc. all made it. a stock jeep made it.
    2. At Chocco, Jeff/Rich/Brian/Chris all did 1 hill that I was not comfortable doing because it was steep and triggered my nerves. All but Brian made it. Brian has 0 lockers. Chris/Rich have rear and Jeff has both. Rich did it with a beer in hand and no front locker.
    3. At Windrock, Matt and Jeff hopped up a little root that nobody else tried. Jeff broke a CV because he was locked in the front. Matt broke nothing, and isn't locked in the front.

None of the 3 were examples that I attempted and could not make.

    /thread.

Exactly, everyone on here spends money on things they don't need Scotty just can't justify the money he has already spent on things he don't need or use so he likes to focus everyone's attention on other things so he is not reminded of the money he has wasted.

lol that's not true at all. see above. y'all are the ones that keep trying to defend a 950$ locker with no actual evidence that it's worth it, other than your broken CVs.

lost money on that one, but bought each for my needs. honestly, the mistake was buying a soft shell first...but hardshell weren't really on the market affordably.
