    You would think if that was the case, instead of saying it would be backin stock in a few weeks, they would have said they are no longer available at the moment. They told another guy it was because of a bad stock. Don't see why they would just make up a lie about a lawsuit if that was the case.

    Ya when I ordered mine, I was told the last one was damaged and the seller did not want to sell me a damaged unit. He said they would have more stock in 2-3 weeks so should be soon!

    Not pictured are the puddles I hit going 25+ mph in which I did manage to suck up a bit of mud, next time I'm going to turn the head backward on trails like this lol. Didn't get past the air filter but got the front of it pretty messy.

    lol, figured so many people on here have been waiting for them to come back in stock that I should at least give a couple of them a chance

    I made a post about it a few weeks back on the TW Facebook page and there were a ton of guys there that wanted to get one now, too. Lot of people probably watching that eBay page now.
