Fox suspension installed today in my OR. Ride is amazing on and off road. Blazing Blue Pearl was the only color for me so build
my own dream truck just because.

The dealers in my area wanted full MSRP + $10k (Limited Availability) so that made the choice easy for me but the Pro is a beautiful truck no doubt.

I'm sorry to confuse you, it was a play on words. I know what a diff is. So get it, "What's the Diff", between the two trucks, OR and PRO. I thought they were the same.

I test drove a TRD pro and a TRD Off road back to back yesterday. And I was disappointed in the Pro. It might have been the PDI was not up to par, but the ride was harsh, clunky and unsophisticated. It even developed a nasty squeak. We even stopped to see if someone forgot to take out the transport blocks. The Off Road on the other hand was excellent. I am sure that the Pro will hold it value more but I could not justify the price difference (about $15K CAD). The 2018 Black Pro was being sold at MSRP.

    Stock for now
I recently just purchased my Tacoma. Had the same question but ended up with the TRD Pro and don’t regret it one bit. Comes down to price, the off-road spec’d to how I wanted it was only slightly cheaper than the pro. No crazy mark up at this dealer so it was a no brainer for me. I do plan on modding mine and people will give you crap about it but don’t settle, worst mistake. Also the pro is always worth more resale.

My monthly payments are within a few of dollars of my friends OR, ($6 to be exact) and interest isn't based off the cost of the vehicle. Not sure where you were trying to go with this one...

I only quoted the most important part of your post. People don't understand that not everyone blindly over pays for these trucks just for the name.

I love my $866.71 payment and interest rate of 3.34%. I like it so much I make a payment every 2 weeks.

OP is in in the market for trading in his 2nd gen for a 3rd gen.

Which I don’t think is a good decision he should keep the 2nd gen and/or get a 1st gen if he wants to go off roading. He certainly doesn’t need a Trd pro for the above..

..But I’m sure your monthly payments are very competitive, and ur instagram is off the chain

At 41,500 i think ALOT of us would of definitely snagged up a Pro. Unfortunately, not happening in big markets. Edit: Well at least without some serious negotiation skills or patience.

Your fascination with people’s instagram is kind of weird....kind of like someone discovering the internet exist.

I guess it's his only argument? Maybe it's supposed to upset us? Only people who have a pro post on instagram? Jealousy?
