Just Got these custom headlights installed on my 09 Taco. They are the spyder NEW C-Light Headlight with Morimoto Halos and D2s projectors and RunD Flood Light as High Beams. THEY LOOKS SO CLEAN ITS UNREAL... What do you think. The Halos are controlled bluetooth through my phone. I can change the colors all independently and sequentially and turn them off. The C-Light that came with the housing is suprisingily Bright for Aftermarket headlights. Usually Aftermarket headlights are CRAP but these new ones are absolutely amazing. LMK WHAT YOU THINK!!!?

They "look" the same as all the spyder/carid/tacomabeast/eBay lights. The question I'm asking is how do they function?
Projector headlights should be crisp with clear steps/cutoffs.

Was wanting to see the light output quality as I'm hoping it's superior

Liken it to me saying "how's my exhaust sound" and showing a picture of the muffler instead of a video with sound.

Yea man. No worries. I dont think I was clear enough above but I think I mentioned the projectors are aftermarket Morimoto D2S Projectors 35w. You can find tons of stuff on youtube for output production for this model Projectors (maybe not in the same EXACT Housing but I wouldn't see a huge difference to other outputs because of that reason). The Spyder C-Lights came with projectors but I didn't even bother given a try as I probably suspected they where sh*t anyways. These Morimotos Are Very Bright!! With the Run D Flood lights Its Blinding.

So you bought Spyder headlights and then bought and installed D2S projectors into them? Or the Spyder headlights came with D2S projectors? If the former, did you have any/many issues with the install process? How much total $$ do you have in the headlights?

Which projectors did you use (there are several Morimoto D2S Projectors)? How was the projector swap? Did everything bolt right in or did you have to make an adapter bracket to hold it in place?

One of the sickest looking headlight setups I've seen on here.

Everyone is concerned about the output but honestly- if you need output keep your headlights stock OEM and do the ultimate headlight upgrade. As long as this dude can see and is happy with the output who cares- looks awesome.

Because some of us wanted to see how clean the output was...
I can look at a pizza all day long but its not the same as tasting it.

These lights look good but i wanted to see a crisp cutoff, cool looking lights mean nothing if they dont work.

If this had nice cutoff pics, i might suggest this to people, but right now i cant. Thus totally forgot about this thread.
