I don't know why, but I thought Hatfield was much further from West Grove than it is, 58 miles.

Since this seems to be the most active thread, and everyone seems to know their stuff, does anyone know what Fumoto valve fits the 4.0L? After installing skids I think the Fumoto is a must. While on the subject. It there a way to add a piece of gasline or aquarium tubing to the bottom so it can hang below the skid while draining? It seems like that should be pretty easy to do as long as there is a nipple on the bottom of the valve. I also need to get some lugnuts for my TRD beadlocks. I think I'm gonna go with SCS splined lugs. The stock ones were a pain in the ass, and the locking lug tool broke, so I went with normal lugs. They require you to use a thin wall socket and presents an issue if I were to get a flat.

Does anyone have an input on Gorilla nuts vs. SCS?

That's the one I bought. I don't think any tubing is needed, it drains nicely and mess free without it.

Also, for reference, these are the lug nuts i'm running: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075V25781/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    Fuck spline drive.

At least every mechanic is going to have a set of thin wall laying around. Spline drive might be a crap shoot if you're in BFE and break your socket.

I have the Fumoto 103S on mine.
    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004FFELTM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and use a small (4"-6") length of tubing just to be sure everything goes in the right direction.

^^ that is way too much tubing but the right diameter. I just use the rest of the line to direct the oil from the filter housing down into my drain pan.

spline drive is not much of a theft deterent.I have three spline drive "tools"they are all the same one.not by my choosing,so you can just buy a spline drive tool and use it on anyones wheels.

If you didn't buy the fumoto valve. I have one. You can have it. I put it on and realized it was to close to my skids for the kind of wheeling I do so I just keep the regular plug.

Actually I think mine had a nipple for hose. I think I cut the nipple off. I will try to dig it out and get you a pic when I get home.
