    :hattip: cant get motivated. need to finish yard,laundry,clean floors,grocery store. :censored::censored:. 3day work,off for 5,work2,off for 5 more:thumbsup::thumbsup:. never know what comes up here,good or bad. best wishes for all. this is my first xmas alone and i feel some sadness coming my way but i will NOT let it beat me. my 2 dogs have been a blessing to me,my babies. merry xmas you guys and girls! yard time. ugh but nice outside--back later

    You brought up some valid points. The idea has been kicked around on the lights and why we may go with the generator and electric pressure washer. We've kicked around lights because there will be early morning start times. It also adds the ability to run whatever needs to be plugged in...drills, saws, whatever.

    I've had great success with the cheap $99 washers from Home Depot. They last about a year and then die. That's not a bad cost of doing business. By then the hoses and wands are wore too. Anything gas powered is going to cost at least that much and, with a gas washer you're limited to one function. With a generator you can run all kinds of tools and lighting.

    ....and the electric washers don't use near the amount of water. That's kind of important when considering drying time on restroom floors as well as having to refill the tank and amount of time to do that.

    Just go do a little retail therapy you can get exactly what you want for Christmas . Take the pups and go to a petco or what ever and let them pick out a few toys too..Been there done that it does get better and believe it or not it is less stressful.

    My wife gave the kids these snow men stuffed figures@3 ft tall and when they went up stairs with the baby and came back down,one had both arms amputated and the other looked to be in the middle of open heart surgery, Jax was layin there watchin tv like(what?)
