can't you just take an angle grinder and trim back the pinch weld all along the body? Then re-install sliders, should be good from there

Mine have been pushed up into my pinch weld so many times they've self-cleared themselves lol

ya Tyler's getting Zane's charger for his 4banger. Whether or not he actually installs it or it sits on his shelf alongside his $1000 bumper and sliders collecting dust is another story

If that happens, I expect someone here to go and steal it...just be sure to leave a snarky note in it's place

Just don't sign the note or leave any evidence behind of you being there...aside from that, no one can prove anything

BTW if someone does do this, steal his Predator bumper for me while you're at it kthx

I wonder how that investigation would go..."sir, we have several suspects lined up waiting for you to identify the man that took your supercharger and left a photo of his butthole on the shelf. Each suspect will now drop his pants, turn around and bend over so you can match anuses"

Oh it's a TRD version I'm 99% sure, so it's got the CARB certification. That's a good point though, he'll need that CARB sticker that came with the blower for it to pass. And it has to be a legit sticker, they inspected mine closely when I had my test last year.

Of course, there's always a way around that if you know the right people/person but it's less of a headache to have the sticker.

I'll send a pic of the part in detail tonight, but I'm pretty sure the only slightly fancy thing is the chamfer of the hole that passes through the middle.

I told him he'd have to source the sticker, but LCE and TRD supposedly still have em kicking around. Well LCE does for sure but IDK if they'd just give it out

I imagine they aren't too hard to come by with some research, or just calling TRD/Toyota. Fortunately they aren't product/serial # specific so that makes it easier, at least I don't think they are...I'll have to double check mine
