Do you know nothing about physics? Have you ever heard of centripetal force? Do you understand how the radius of a lever effects the applied force? "Only 800 lbs" That's a pretty big fractional change.

Why doesn't anyone just supercharge for the power? Did it to a first gen and it was awesome. Added a 7th injector and road tuned.

I'll have to agree with others that you're not understanding a model with multiple variables. Some of them like "Aerodynamics, weight, and rolling resistance" are some of the most important variables when factoring efficiency and optimization.

Dude, have you seen some of the responses? The amount of personal truth vs objective is crazy.

Uh, wrong. My Lexus ES gets close to 30mpg cruising at 80 compared to around 17 in my truck at that speed. Are you smoking crack as you type?

OMG, the same engine argument. Thats like saying the first gen V6 has the same engine as the Supra. Same code, but far different build.

I believe the Ranger is smaller than the Tacoma, certainly not F150 sized.

Speaking of the "same engine". I recently had the opportunity to drive a '19 LS 500 twin turbo.

Holy fuck balls. 442 lbs ft of torque at only 1600 rpm.
