I dont have any pics but let me assure you this is happening. I bought Duratracs 265/75/16 and they are SUPER close to the spindle/UCA (like you cant get a finger between the UCA and tire or spindle. Ive driven about 500 mi since Ive had the tires put on and when we were on vacation this weekend, I went to get on the highway at a decent rate of speed on the on ramp and I heard the tire rub on the right drivers side on the inside. I have billies set at 2.5 in the front and 2" AAL in back.

Long story short, I think I need to get spidertrax spacers. Im not going to get new rims. Do you guys agree? Do you think it could be anything else?

Interesting...I have the same tires and have not had any issues on stock rims. What Psi are you running? I have seen where some have ground down the bump on the spindle for more clearance.

Im running 35 psi...load range C. Im gonna grind that bump off too just to be safe. Id hate to have an issue from this.

I think I might get the spacers just to get them further away from the UCA/spindle though as well.

I tried to find some info about people grinding the tit off of the spindle and no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think you would need spacers, wheels with different backspacing, or aftermarket upper control arms.

Yea, thats exactly what it looks like. I cant hardly get my finger between the UCA or spindle. I went ahead and ordered 2 sets of spidertrax for all around. Besides fixing this issue, it will make the stance look better too. Thanks for the pic!

Now I see that you are lifted. Would you have this trouble if you weren't?

I would probably say no. Lifting it made the spindle/UVA closer to the wheel.

Spidertrax are on their way and this issue will be fixed soon. I am also going to grind the bump on the spindle off.
