    Damn they are ruthless.

    I briefly entertained the idea of selling my '13 DCSB OR with some extras (sliders, dual swing out rear bumper, canopy, SCS Wheels x 5) to get into a T4R and they offered me 22K 2.5 years ago.......way too big of a loss to take so I kept it but I like my truck.

    If you truly don't think your truck is a good match, then count it as a painfully expensive mistake and sell privately and get what you want. Your truck is getting older and more mileage day by day....it's not exactly an appreciating asset.

    Yes and No, couldn’t live with paying the huge note on an SR5 that could’ve been going to a fully loaded OR. I made a mistake.

    The locker is it's own thing in
    A 2wd OR. Can turn it on in any gear. Pretty cool if you ask me.
    I did the locker anytime mod to fix that.

    If I have a 4x4, the WSP doesn't fuck with me going across the passes in WA when it's 4x or AWD required. Location specific, but worth the cost for me. Others MMV

    The company I work for just bought 2 new 2WD F250s. Both are base “tradesman” trims with black plastic bumpers, no AC, and roll-down windows. Surprisingly, they have a rear locker.
