Yes it does but it functions differently than your typical chrono. It has a perpetual calendar & it's radio contolled, aka atomic time, but the radio doesn't work here cause it's a European market watch. The radio only works in Germany but that doesn't bother me.

 

I'll post my current daily wear in the watch thread. Give this one back to the knives.

 

Anybody have any knives from Bloodroot Blades? I've been filling out there monthly email drawing every month for about 3 years and have yet to score! Anyone manage to get one?

 

I cleaned out and reorganized the knife drawer this morning and used the opportunity to take a few pics.


Kershaw is my favorite EDC. Then Gerber.



I have a bunch of Swiss Army knives and Leathermans spread out in the truck, office desk drawers etc. but here are a few from this drawer.

I dont even begin to have all my knives in one place...I dont think I have that many though. I do like the Kershaw CryoII.

Im not really sold on the serrated knives...I'd rather have all blade no serrations...

You really need to be careful with pics like this. For example: If you are married and you and the lovely wife have paired devices then she would know about all of these treasures. If all is well in the marriage then these are considered as "your junk". In divorce court these all become made of gold and she demands her half LOL. That's a nice spread you have there!

 

Native 5 lightweight tonight.

 

My all time favorite Spyderco is the Native. I only have 3 now, these 2 and a black handle Native. Gave the rest to my son.

 

After looking at your Native, I got mine out. I bought mine in the late 80's, they must have changed them up a little. Are the blades still marked Golden Colorado USA Earth?

 

They are, I'll grab another picture when I get home.

 

Yep...they changed them. Before all the plastic handled ones had the kinda spider web design.

 

I'll play, just received the Native 5 Salt Series, just awesome. Looking for a deep pocket clip that can withstand corrosion as well, any thoughts????

 

I have a couple of these, but their kinda heavy in the pocket.
