I like what brute force fab is putting out, also sos concepts. But I also really like the low profile winch bumper from US off-road. It’s all up to you man! Lots of choices to be had.

Coming along nice. Will you run a selectable locker in the rear down the road?

How do they angles of the front CV's look? I thought that 23" was roughly the max hub-to-fender measurement for a 4x4 before the cv angles get too extreme.

Wow. I have the same truck. I got 3” of front lift with the 884’s and 5100s (set on zero) when i first installed them, no top plate spacer either. After it settled I ended up with 2.6” (23 1/8 “ from hub to fender). I needed UCA’s badly. Almost six years and 20,000 miles later and the outer edges of my front tires are showing wear. I recently bought a set of JBA UCA’s, an ECGS clamshell bushing and am debating on getting CVJ CV axles for lifted trucks since one of my boots leaked dry before I realized it. It’s fine now, but won’t last forever and I might as well replace them both while I’ve got everything apart. I’m going to ride it out until spring then fix it all.AADA9882-723B-4060-9651-4FB34A212329.jpg

I have had stock uca for 4 years now with a lift, but I also have and arb bumper and a winch to drop it back down. My alignment has always been fine??

Offhand I can’t remember the front measurements, but I’ll take a pic when there’s some sunlight. I can tell you that it’s not bad at all, like I said I maybe got an inch and a half of lift.

Damn that’s really a difference... I bought and had them assembled by wheelers off-road. I know I bought 884’s... pretty sure that’s what I got. In any case, I wanted 2” MAX so it ended up working out.

Speaking of 884’s I have a set I’ll give away if you pay the way. Merry Xmas

I bought my 884’s Five years ago, maybe they’ve changed.
I went with Wheelers 2” AAL and am very happy with them. Five years old and no squeaking.

I think my truck is around 24" at the front and the cv angles look decent. I have the 885's and it has the diff drop as well (was installed by previous owner). It actually had 1/2" spacers as well so it was close to 24-3/4 when I first got it and I removed the spacers.

Here's a picture when I first got it with the 1/2" spacers. The cv angles were pretty steep.

With that design no specific differential fluid needed I imagine.
