    My workout plan is pretty cut and dry
    Sunday- chest and tri
    Monday- shoulders
    Tuesday- back and bi
    Wednesday- legs
    Thursday-arms
    Friday- cardio/crossfit
    Saturday- rest

    In my opinion if you want to lose weight I’d say gain the muscle, the more muscle you have the quicker your weight will drop. Of course add in cardio but other than that it’s pretty simple.

    Have you tried focusing arms in one day? Biceps and triceps together. Then that gives you a full day to dedicate to chest and a full day to back.

    I know it’s a noob question but to lose weight, is it better to lift heavy with less reps or light weights with high reps?

    To lose weight? Eat less than you put out

    Put your body in a calorie deficit state

    You don’t have to lift to lose weight at all. It just helps you get toned.

    Losing weight is mainly diet. Cardio helps. But you can’t outrun your calories honestly.

    Abs happen non stop. I remember you telling me that working out doesn’t help with abs or whatever. How are yours coming ?

    Working out doesn’t help abs? I don’t work abs at all. I’m still on a cut, and they’re actually coming in nicely, just a little slower than I thought.
