    81-236 is the cap. I'll find the tank. It was on the bottom of past pages in this thread.80-242 is tank #

    It can be. Cap is vented and ports are correct size. Probably takes creativity with a mounting bracket.

    I'm using it for the s/c tank. Getting rid of that plastic one.

    I will. May take some time, and steps. I'm planning on it going on the passenger side. Running the hoses that way too. May even flip the heat exchanger upside down so the inlets are on passenger side as well. Looks doable with custom brackets. If anyone thinks I need to wear a helmet for my idea in flipping the heat exchanger please speak up.

    As long as you can secure it properly then there is no problem. Make sure you keep the coolant hoses on the fmic in their same relative position when you flip it.
    I plan on doing the same thing! Trying to free up drivers side engine bay.

    Is it a larger reservoir or just replacing the plastic? I know some guys have had issues with the plastic one, but not I. I was going to try to find one maybe twice the capacity, not quite a full gallon or w/e that Rob posted. But something that would still fit in that spot.
