So close!

 

Just installed my N2 Designs remote start for my 2018 OR AT. I watched the video, brought the tablet to the truck, watched, paused, completed each step, then started video again.. 15 minutes later it is complete, and works like a Champ!!!

 

Thanks to @jmeitz for this one, but the suggestion here was you didn’t program the FOB correctly, let’s do it together when you’re free. Then you can say nicer things about my support and product haha!

 

As it should be...man, the past few pages have given me anxiety...glad to know most are still on track! Nonetheless, regardless of what it is or who it is, my commitment to you is to not sell you a dead paper weight, I WILL get you ALL operational. That’s my word to you all!

To the rest, please don’t voice frustrations if you haven’t reached out by phone to me yet. There could be something you’re doing wrong and I’m here to give you that “ah ha!” moment. 100% of anything not working this far has been proven to be user error, WHICH IS OK, IM NOT HERE TO JUDGE YOU! With that said don’t come on here pre-judging N2 either. There’s a reason hundreds of kits sold here in two weeks not including before that. I don’t think it’s fair to blast something that could simply be your own wrong doing out of frustration. You’re the one in charge and I’m here to hold your hands of needed. Take advantage of me and my support, the service is free and will take as long as it’s needed until your all set. Again that’s a promise I make when I sell you something. You can blast me if I leave you high and dry with an investment that’s not working, but guess what, I won’t let that happen either!

Whatever hiccups some have gone through, most will attest that it’s a distant memory and bottom line is they have a working product that does as advertised, for significantly less than elsewhere!

 

Your subscription is $29.99/year, 4G will be $39.99 a year. Your chipset works in AT&T and T-Mobile, which ever it could catch, the 4G is strictly T-Mobile. Other than that no. There is no sunsetting anytime soon, that is for SIM based devices only, i.e cell phones. You’re golden.

"Those who are waiting in a smart module plus remote starter, you’ll have a tracking number by Friday, maybe Thursday. However, only a portion of you are going to be fulfilled based on date/time of order it was received. If your remote starter order (the order is based on the remote starter as your place holder in line) is between: 10063 to 10117, you’ll get the tracking at the end of the week. Everyone else I am working diligently to source the rest. I will post options in a couple days for the ones still waiting.

Keep in mind, the pre-sale locked you into that price. A price I’ll NEVER repeat due to a vendor goof up on margin. Also keep in mind, I was going to cap the orders but decided not to do that everyone can eventually get one. If I had capped it, anyone not within that order range will have not gotten a deal, it would’ve been listed as out of stock and you would have had to pay full price when it was back in stock. Now for the options:

Options #1: Take a $10 "Wait-it-out" Refund that I would have other wise spent on shipping services (rather give it to you) as this cuts down on time and packaging for me as your package is ready to go, awaiting the smart unit to be thrown in and off it goes. Saves me time from re-packaging, reprinting labels, reprinting orders all for the same person.

Option #2: Pay $10 for "I-can't-wait-it's-too-cold" service adder to receive your remote starter first, then Smart Module/RF kit will be shipped free as soon as the back-order is received.

Unfortunately prices and margins too low to eat both costs. EMAIL ONLY for paper trail. PM's get flushed and lost daily due to inbound inquiry volumes. I also need to be able to rint your option and staple it to your invoice. PM's don't let you do that easily!

As of now it seems like January. This is an unprecedented national wide back order/shortage unfortunately. I'm still working my magic daily to overcome it and be first in line at multiple sources.

Option #3: Super Duper Expedited Superman Teleport Delivery - pay my airfare for first class of any airline of your choosing except Frontier and Air Malaysia, (because I want to actually make it with your product in hand, alive, and because I’ve got to come back to finish fulfilling everyone else’s order) and I’ll come out to you as quick as your budget can handle. You’ll also get a meet n greet with me, and autograph, a handshake, installation for free, and a steak dinner (Outback Or Black Angus tiered restaurant), but the goodbye hug at the airport, well that’s going to be an extra charge.*

*This option is a consideration by me and exclusions apply such as if you live in an odd city that I can’t pronounce it’s name, yes some of you have city names that make me question how they were incorporated and slipped past city and county officials. Kind of like how we try to pull indiscreet fast ones on the DMVs with more than creative, but hidden meaning vehicle plates. But for an additional fee, I’ll forgo this exclusion and practice saying the name of this odd city, and wiki the $hit out of its history prior to arrival so that i may seem like a native to this land of yours and it’s inhabitants!

I have some factory automation robotics on your lines. Which color are they now, orange (Kuka) yellow (Fanuc) or white (ABB) 6-axis caged robots? The ones picking up the chassis and doing arc/tig welding? Lol that’ll tell me if they’re still using my stuff or mix and matching with the competition now!

Just got payment. I’m pulling it now actually,it’s been just packed and racked for outbound tomorrow with an ETA of arrival 12/24, merry Christmas. You just got a tracking # emailed. I have enough to remember in the AM if I do go to bed tonight...you’re welcome Bill. That’s N2 service for you. Don’t no one forget that $hit because I’ll never be derailed from the goal!

 

Got mine a few days ago and the install went well...watch the videos...
The system worked fine, so I buttoned everything back up and went about my way.
Tried it again in a couple hours and nothing...
I went back through the install and checked everything and could not find a problem.
The next morning I sent Jimmy a PM and he responded within minutes. We traded contact info and he said he would call later.
Later that evening, at a convenient time for me no less, he called and we went through some basic troubleshooting and found the issue.
When I went back through everything, I did not cut the Fortin down from it's hidey hole. I had pulled the small black connector loose when I tightened that last wire tie...
Great piece of advice; the black connector does not have a retaining clip, pull a little extra slack in that one and tie it up nice and tight to the larger white connector going to the brain.
Everything is working great now.

I can't stress enough how helpful and patient Jimmy was; after hours support and knowledge of his product was outstanding.
