You think McDonald’s makes its money from selling $1 hamburgers? Nope. They make their money buying and leasing the land their restaurants sit on to their franchise owners. It’s a 30 Billion dollar industry that was the brainchild of Ray Kroc.

Just think about all the companies that started here.

Apple, McKesson, Chevron, Wells-Fargo, Intel, HP, McDonalds, Cisco Systems, Google, etc etc.

Try living a day without using or interacting with one of those products.

 

That's easy lol

 

As you type on your laptop most likely powered by an Intel processor.

But that’s okay, just leave in your truck with gasoline most likely from a Chevron refinery.
