its just a theory.. It shifts so hard currently, I'm afraid solid mounts may cause too much "shock".

 

Shifts hard.. sounds like my truck. i just put a racing clutch in it and am still trying to get used to speed shifting with it. Grabs like a mofo now.. The old one would slip between gears

 

oh man.. its ridiculous. I love it. it chirps going into 2nd.. and will slam your head back. you have to prepare for it, no joke. 1st to 2nd is violent. lol

 

Hell yes, i dig it. Makes me want to put my 2.6 on now!

Came over a raised railroad crossing. City bus was stopped in the right lane before the tracks to check for trains. I changed lanes. Came up and and over to find traffic dead stopped on the other side. Slowed down from about 40 to 20. They locked up at the end and I slid about 20-30 yards. Swerved to avoid most of it. Caught the back rear corner of a damn prius.

Bumper. Fender .Headlight .grill. outer Tierod.

Should be able to salvage the grill. Want to anyways since it's custom. Headlight ill just replace.

Was thinking about it... Was going to talk to you actually... Lol. Your bumper aluminum or steel?

Mostly just cometic. Maybe a couple small brackets. Crush bar is still fine.

If you wanted to do the facelift upgrade I have my stock bumper I am looking to sell. Fogs included and all. Just throwing that out there

Good thing is.. my front bumper was starting to take a beating anyways from Rocks, brush and wheeling. The paint will be fresh! Lol

Adjuster heads out tomorrow morning to check the truck. its over in @Milota95 's yard for now for safe keeping. huge thanks to him for helping out through all this. sounds like it will be a pretty easy, painless, and hopefully reasonably quick turn around.

 

Just over $2500 and 8 days.

 

Dang man I just sold the bumper maybe a week ago.
