    Chin spoiler can be removed.

My .02, don't get caught up in the fancy features. Had I known better I could've just bought a plain jane 4x4 and been just as happy, with more money left in my pocket.

I paid almost exactly $32K for mine with 6 miles on it in May '16, and @Texoma hooked it up last night.
    -OME 885s, Bilstein 5100s, and add-a-leaf (under $1K installed).
-$689 for 5 tires during Black Friday
-$230 for road force balancing, mounting, and alignment.

If you'd done that to a brand new truck, you would have been able to sell your take-offs and recoup a little. I definitely kept it on the mild side, but SUPER happy with how it all turned out. Exactly what I was looking for.

You paid almost 32K for a brand new 4x4 Off Road?

Yup, but it took patience. I started in January and was driving the new truck in May. I already had a truck that I liked, but it had almost 200K miles. I put the exact Tacoma I wanted into https://www.truecar.com and offered $500 over invoice.

I responded to every email/ phone call with the exact same message. Told them that I didn't want to come in and talk to anyone, I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. They constantly tried to get me to come in and sit down, take advantage of end of month, blah blah blah. Ultimately, I got a call from the GM of a local dealer and he asked me what it was going to take for me to buy. He STILL tried to work me, so I rescinded the offer and told him I now wanted Husky Liners thrown in. We signed the papers and 3 months later my truck arrived. Got a TRDOR with no tech package and a 6 Speed manual in Afghanistan Tan with free Husky Liners. It's been awesome for 52K miles so far.

TRD and pro have factory eLockers. If you plan on regearing your truck and putting in an aftermarket traction device, then the SR5 or sport would be ideal.

Typical dealer add-on vehicle. I should know, my Tundra is one.

That depends on what you pay for the vehicle. I didn't give Ringler anywhere close to what they were asking for my Tundra. As the actual OTD price drops, so does the rip-off factor.

Depends on a lot of factors, like how deep are your pockets, how much time you have to do the work, how much interest you have in doing the work, and most importantly, what are your skeelz... I did the lift on my Taco, but when it came Tundy time, wasn't interested in doing all that again. And of course, there is always Texoma...

    Matt knows Ringler...

Ask for Matt Reeves. He's a young pup, but won't/can't pull the usual nonsense on you. Tell him Jeff Daniel sent ya...

    :rofl::rofl::spending::rofl::rofl:

    Exactly.

Absolutely how I buy cars. You will not see my ass in a dealership until it's time to write the check. Well done.

suuuper buried in a project at work for the past few weeks and foreseeable future. possibly end of February I'll go back to normal.

Did get to sneak out and go home last week deer hunting and unwind. That was so worth it. Needed it big time.
