-New SR bezel.
-Stealth powder coated running boards.

Forgot to add a pic earlier.
Easy install on bezel. The uninstall, or rather the removal of the bezel itsef from the grille and surround, led to small hairline cracks on literally every tab. I took my time and used fingers to pry instead of any tools for improved feel but still.
Spent $100 from dealer on new bezel.
Super happy with it.

Used the letgo app to trade a guy a 2 year old Samsung 32”TV and bluray player from ‘my newly converted office into nursery’ for the running boards. I dont really use the boards but the kids do. Also I think it gives more of a finished look.

 

Holy smokes I don't pay that for all my toys. Flats boat and trailer truck Highlander enclosed trailer $175 year. I want be moving to California for sure

 

i still cant get over how our 3rd gen trucks have drum brakes. my 99 exploder had all wheel disc. i havent had drum brakes since my 95 escort.

 

I agree. Today’s disk brakes have less fade in all applications, towing, mountains, big mod tire packages, and on and on. The drums are their cheapest option. Even trucking companies are switching to air disc brakes.

There’s a 1st gen rear disc mod, I wonder if 3rds have one.

I know. I didn’t catch that until the morning after I bought my Taco. I was shocked. I haven’t had a car with rear drums in 15 years. Does the higher trim levels like the TRD Pro have rear drums too?

I like those. Unfortunately like all good seat covers they come with a hefty price tag.

 

That is why I have Aries Seat Defenders on my seats. Seats in the '16 Tacoma I traded looked new when I pulled them off and put them on my Honda's seats.

It's a good alternative but I really like the exact fit covers. One day I'll pull the trigger on a set

 

My last truck was a twin turbo Porsche. Pads/rotors cost me over $1,100 just in parts...I’m glad to see rear drums! Lol...

 

I like em...any increase/decrease in wind noise with these?

 

I have had no difference in noise. Truck sounds the same with them on. I'm looking into getting the ERG matte black bug deflector to give my hood some added protection.

 

Do you have like an air pop sound with the intake? Just seeing if that is normal because that is what I have on mine.
