I know that the factory leaf springs had a problem being squeaky but I have I am on my second leaf pack from OME and still has the horrible squeak. The second go around I got Boesheild and sprayed them down very generously. So what could possibly be the problem and all of the bushings are intact between each leaf and I have torqued all the bolts to the proper specs and I am running energy bushings?

Mine are squeaking too.. I used silicone lube spray on the bushings while still bolted on, that solved it for about a month. After wet weather, doing it again.. Did you ever have a solution?

I just read in another thread on here to use zip ties. The zip ties looks to keep the metal to metal rubbing. (In this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/squeaky-dakars-any-advice-from-others-with-the-dakars.156353/) I'm going to give it a try. I also talk to ToyTec Suspension and they ask me to try greasing the plastic puck disks using the needle grease gun fitting. So I'm going to do both and hope it is a better long term solution. I tried the special PB spray, it lasted maybe 2 months and then back to the creaks.

Super irritating right?! Hope that works maybe post and let me know, I’m gonna try those fixes as well, tried dry lube and it worked for a short time, I’m thinking if I jack the truck up and set it on some frame stands I might try pressure washing the springs while they are relaxed then try the grease / zip tie
