Forums-2nd gen builds- make thread- quickly post a few times to secure space for additions.

The signature you'll have to edit under 'you' - signature. Upload photo and then use the little paper clip icon to hyper link the thread.

 

It's pretty simple. Just start a new thread in the Build Forum and add your pictures.

Pup is doing good. House training is slowly improving and I took him in for his second round of puppy shots and had him micro chipped yesterday. Only 4 more weeks until he can go out to new places safely. Teq loves playing with the pup as much as he can.

Wasn't my fault, I was signed up for the 5k the weekend after I ran the last one...

Almost at 70lbs down and yep... want to look better overall! But already feeling better and have goals to accomplish. I have a goal to do a 10k in 2019, so will start training for that pretty soon.

 

Also... eff this bullshit where we have only 4-5 fucking people being the phone support hub for a hospital system that has 1000+ damn people here at one time. This shit is starting to become fucking infuriating.

We have had 300 calls since 7am this morning.

 

ive got me and one other guy covering 15k users until Jan 7th. Im putting in work arounds like crazy to limp over the holidays till we get a full team back

 

So far, we have had 2 major systems go down today as well...

I have 5 damn minutes left for today.

I usually have about 1.5 minutes between phone calls the past couple of days, we are usually staffed with 7-8 people in the hub, but not these past couple of weeks... and it is starting to be a piece of shit.

 

I also love when one guy goes and takes a smoke break for 20 damn minutes and leaves us with 3 people...

Nice work! I’m working to get to 10% bf and put on a little more muscle. I’ve got about 7 lb’s to go.

Edit: I’ll do anything other than running for cardio

 

I am at 20% bf, but not sure exactly how accurate that is... I am shooting for 15% bf overall though.

I have about 10 more lbs to go for my ideal weight, but I have been putting on a lot more muscle as I lift 5 days a week while doing HIIT and Running as well.

I’m ballparking the weight, I mostly use the ‘ol mirror to judge progress. Everyone carries weight a little differently and has different body types. Keeping track of weight just helps me see where I’ve been.
