I know one guy paid 49k for his pro, 10k above an Off Road would have been a bargain.

I didn't pay nearly $10k over the price of an Off-Road. And I don't understand why anyone would

They are saying because you’ll pay way less than MSRP for an Off Road but the Pro is MSRP or higher.

That's unfortunate. Leather is more user friendly for the 'off-road' experience.

It’s a good looking truck, I’m not surprised they sell and sell fast. I just like to modify too much and that truck is basically done so I wouldn’t have anything to do haha.

Agreed! But realistically for daily driving, it's hotter than Hell here in the summer, and it's colder than Hell here in the winter..

I think the reason you don't see rubbing is the aforementioned reduction in up travel of your suspension due to the spacers. Your shocks/struts are likely bottoming out before the bump stops are fully compressed (unless you've fitted longer bump stops). The reduction in travel, while not ideal might be something one could choose to live with. While the fox shocks are much larger than the Bilsteins, they're still not designed to act as bump stops / limit straps. They might last a long while if you only drive on the street or do low-speed crawling, but almost certainly will not if you take big enough a hit to fully compress the suspension (it will compress more at speed vs. slow crawling over obstacles).

The other item previously brought up. These are internal bypass (position sensitive) dampers. Spacers on top of the struts will not impact the static ride height of the strut (much) and therefore not the ride zone. The spacers that fit between the top hat and the spring will. If that change is large enough to move you out of the ride damping zone, there will be a difference in damping. AAL in the rear will change the static ride height of the shock and will do the same (as you pointed out). Given the number of zones on the pro foxes - that's probably not a large difference (but it's worth noting that under compression your suspension will briefly get softer before firming up into the bump zones).

That's why I got a leftover. It also helped that it was a MT they couldn't get rid of. I haggled and got below MRSP

I have seen OR’s with leather for around 35-36 range. That’s not bad and you still get all the same interior features.

    Yeah.
Nah, I paid $3K under MSRP, just slightly more than MSRP on a well-equipped Off Road. Probably could have gotten the Off Road for under MSRP as well, but the differences, to me, were worth it.

My dealer had a couple of built trucks in the front when I bought my 4 X 2. They were $7-10,000 more than list, though.

    Yeah.
Local dealer does that as well, pops on a spacer lift, XD wheels and bigger, more aggressive tires, Pro grille, and sells them for +10K.

Good deal man. But the addons on an OR aren’t really functional and pretty much a waste of money. Who needs JBL etc. I guess it would give you better sound while off-roading. Lol. Not worth it though so it’s hard to base it off of a loaded OR.
