    Georg from cruiser brothers said it’s a whole new tank, but whatever, as long as it fits I’ll be happy.

    200 miles or less to a tank here..

    I know they redesigned part of the tank to eliminate the fuel blow back issue during filling.

    Got an email from him saying that they would ship me the upgraded part

    “DCLB/Access Cabs - We are in the midst of development of correct mounting bracket and tank mods for those configurations.
    Capacity - 33 gallons
    2019 Model Year - New fill tube connection to tank, working on update to fitment kit to accommodate.
    ETA to ship - late First or Second quarter 2019“


    So maybe not a whole new tank

    Filled up today when the light came on.. 156 miles, so with my Uncalculated odometer, that’s probably 170 miles on a tank.

    Gotcha.

    I actually got about 15mpg average on my FPK trip back in June. Theoretically with the LRA tank I could go 500 miles on a tank with that MPG.

    Regardless it’s a great mod for road trips.

    Yea I definitely want the bigger tank. Hopefully they finalize whatever they’re doing for dclb soon and I can get it before Montana.
