    @wood714

    I'm going to assume your original post was sarcasm. Please don't don't make me back pedal on that assumption.

    The Tacoma does get better mileage than my 2000 TJ did, plus it has AC, and little buttons that I can push to make the windows go up and down, and even lock and unlock the doors.

    Yes it sure is. Would have had to change some stuff to do it. And I just wasn’t at that point anymore. Owned it for 25 years and it was time to let someone else enjoy it.

    Lol. I spent plenty of nights in that car. It was my daily driver for 4-5 years in the 90s. Didn’t look like it did in that picture though.

    I don't think you should count as a 2nd genner. Having a '15 and saying you're a 2nd genner is like being born in '99 and saying that you're a nineties kid. It just doesn't work. :D

    So I went out in my trusty 2nd gen mack-daddy, big ball'd, TRD Sport. You 3rd genners wouldn't know anything about that.

    Anyway, I was able to take a 90° turn at 70 mph. Not bad I guess. But being a PreRunner...I locked it down in 2WD, turned on my Raptor lights, and blasted some Culture Club in my cassette player and was able to hit an honest 90 mph on that same 90° turn. Admittedly the tires squealed a little bit. But it was hard to hear them over that giant 4000 cc motor sitting under the hood.

    Beat me too it.... I was going to complain that my Inferno DCSBOR4x4 doesn't perform like my Carmine Red Cayman GTS! I knew I should have gotten the Barcelona Red. On another remotely related note... it IS Friday, so perhaps there's some value in the thread.
