    Hello,

Thanks for your input on this. I am going to look into the method you used and allow to sit for a while prior to removal.

Please keep me updated if you have the time and I will try to do the same here.

    Have a great Christmas!

The bronze are badass. I don't think you could go wrong with either.

I think bronze on cement will look amazing.

Looks awesome! I just washed my wheels for the first time and was disgusted with how bad they looked when the overspray hit them. I had to go wipe every wheel back off again with the same tire shine I put on the tires. Took way too long. You have more information on which one you like and how you apply it. Just spray and leave or does it take more wiping?

I use de-ionized water from a filter system to rinse the wheels off. Then I use my shop vac to blow the water off of the wheels. I bought a new vacuum hose that has never been used to pick up dirt, then I got a cone shaped nozzle for the end of the hose. I put the hose in the exhaust port of the vac then blow the wheels and the whole truck off.
My 2 cents. Never put tire shine on matte finish wheels. Only use products that are designed for matte finishes.
    Hope this helps,

Nice thanks man, I always use my backpack blower to dry the whole truck and wheels. They looked good until the overspray from the tire shine got on them. Hopefully I haven’t messed up the finish by wiping the tire shine on them. I’ll have to see what Chemical Guys has for matte finish wheels

    Hi Norm,

I am sure Chemical Guys or a local detail retailer can assist you with getting the tire shine off the wheels.

When I was still using tire shine spray on my tires I made a wooden cover for the wheels. Basically I cut out a piece of wood the same diameter as the wheel and fashioned a rudimentary handle. Then covered the wheel while I sprayed. Really saved me alot of headache...

Nice, yeah I tried to fab a piece of cardboard to do the same but it just didn’t work out lol. Also tried using a sponge but these tires have so many nooks and crannies that it just didn’t look right. Lol

I ordered them online during the black Friday sale Toyota had. You can buy them online from any Toyota dealership. Different dealerships have different prices, but your local dealer would likely be able to get them without you having to pay a shipping cost. I've seen them also on Amazon with shipping included.
