Brother, I think about that every damned time I go thru there, 99% of it looks like its coming down on top of ya anyway, I wouldn't want to be there in ANY kind of fault movement & you sure as hell don't want to be in that gorge if it flash floods on you, I guess its the 100ft wide , 3ft high, 40 mph wall of mud, rock & water that discourages me....:eek:

That right there is pretty funny! I miss listening to all kinds of people doing Stearn pranks.

Don't you already have a lady friend who does that for you?

Sounds like a "B" movie Murph...unfortunately no one put into office or out of office in those elections ever saw a "B" on any grade notice in school.

Our fault line hasn't releaved pressure in years....all these little earthquakes are good the more little quakes we have the less strong the "big one" is gonna be

OR it could be that these earthquakes are pushing against our fault zones here in SD causing more pressure so they pop sooner and with more force ;)

Back to the quake... I have a globe that continually spins in my office and I always think about how all those plates move over time. Our lifetimes are only a very small blip on the grand scale! Each time we have one, I think of how insignificant problems are! :)

Funny I would think you see that globe and dream of your global domination...or maybe only dominating Asia...or an Asian Dominatrix shakin your bed!

Thats what you get for having some oat sodas, rather that is what you get when I have oat sodas.

Speaking of Alaska, my uncle had just been stationed in Fairbanks 1 week before the biggest quake in the Northern Hemisphere hit in Anchorage in 1964 it was 9.2 ( & the 2nd biggest in recorded history, the biggest earth quake ever recorded was in 1960 in Chile & it was 9.5 :eek::eek:

The Alaskan Quake shook for 4 fucking minutes !!!!

Check out this vid from on -scene film footage, its incredible !! It starts out a little slow, but @ 2:15 on the vid, shit starts rockin' & rollin' ......hard .:eek::eek:
