For the folks who've paid the MVA, the dealer should put some $PRO,000 badged on the door.

$12,000 in dealer added extras. No one has to pay $60K for a truck unless they just want to.

$10,000 market adjustment is crazy. Sign times are hot.
Another month of the way the market is going right now it will be $10,000 discount.

Local dealer here in PDX has had a Doodoo blue Pro for 50K on the lot since mid october. 50K is alot for any midsized truck. No markup on Tacoma's locally. The Ford dealers all put 10K on the Raptors. Really wanted a Raptor but so did everyone else I guess. Dealer markup is theft!!!!

For a lot less than 10K you can ship one to FL from any reputable dealership... just test drive the hell out of Beaver’s Pro, then tell them thanks but no. Then contact an alternate dealer and buy, ship, save at least $8,000. It’s not rocket science to be practical (if you really want a Pro). I would even present this option to Beaver during negotiations...

exactly, which is why you never ever consider paying for ANY dealership sticker addendum add on... just say no and start negotiations with the factory sticker price. It’s all markup and BS...

That’s exactly why I bought the SR. Even though it is the “base model,” it still has more gizmos and gadgets than I care for. but has the same 6 cyl engine and transmission as the $75,000 tacoma! So I’m ok with the SR.

When I was buying in 2016, dealer markup on a stock OR model was $6,000 in Davis, CA and $10,000 for a QS T4RP. I had to fight with the guy for 3 hours before he came down to MSRP on the truck.

Dealers asking for that markup are insane, but people laying down the cash for that markup are even crazier.

I saw a Raptor about a year ago on the showroom floor with a 20k market value added on, it was around $84,000.

I would buy a TRD Off Road, and go aftermarket for the modifications and have something comparable to a TRD Pro, but a lot less money spent.
