Rnd 2 arrived for me the other day. What an incredible (and heavy) gift to send. I’ve already enjoyed a few of the beers with my dad, and I’m young enough to admit I had to google what Moxie was - Pretty good stuff! I’m blown away by your generosity and the fact I should be expecting ANOTHER delivery.

Curieux is great if you like a bourbon barrel aged beer, lots of flavor and lots of kick (11% or 12%, I think). I don't know who Allagash buys their barrels from, but you can really taste the bourbon in the beer! It's one of those beers that you pour into a couple of good glasses and split with a buddy (or a dad!).

@TWSS First, I want to apologize to my giftee because your gift will not arrive until later this week after Christmas. This is the first time in 3 or 4 years of TWSS that this has happened. I hope that what's inside will make up for the lateness. To my giftee, you are a neighboring state immediately to my west...please forgive the lateness of the package.

On another note, to my surprise I came home to a box on my carport from my TWSS. Inside, I found thoughtfully and originally wrapped gifts that I appreciate more than you know. I have to say this is one of the best years I've had with TWSS...and had seriously considered not participating this year for various reasons. So thank you, thank you, thank you for everything my friend! It will all get put to great use...and my new knife will be my EDC both on and off duty as well as the first aid items. My new notepad (which I've often wished I had when the rain smears my ink) will be put in my uniform pocket and the patches will be added to my headliner in my Taco. I will also enjoy that awesome coffee this week as I will be on duty for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on 12 hour shifts. I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas...you made my day!

 

Me 4 still waiting checked my camera to see if it came and got stolen and nothing! First year i did this i got a bad santa! But there are some very generous people on here. And someone volunteered to sent two gifts out that year.

 

Don’t label anyone that just yet. Monday deliveries haven’t happened.

Oh i know i was just commenting how great our community is. The Good out weighs the bad i ment I know some on here like to make sure it arrives just in time
or day before part of the challenge I am hoping the gift i sent shows up Monday

Was more worried it got stolen by a porch theif since i work all day. We been having a lot of packages stolen in my area. ​

Last year it was 100% gifts received. I sure hope it’s the same this year.

 

I hadn’t received a gift as of Friday’s mail delivery but I’ve been out of town for the holidays since then. I’ll be back home Christmas evening though!

 

So do the people that fail to send gifts get banned for life?
