    One of the last Elite Offroad ever shipped. It took a lot to get that thing delivered. There’s another company that builds them based on this design but I don’t recall the name of it.

    No there sure isn’t. Many years ago when I had a 4-wheeler I went out on Canal Road along the RR tracks but I’m not sure if trucks ever go down that trail. I haven’t been down there in well over a decade. I pass by pretty often and see ATVs still go down those trails.

    The nearest “offroad park” is probably the one north of i10/i12 on i55. Still in LA. I can’t remeber the name of it though. As for actual public off-roading I think you’re just stuck with national parks. That’d be just trail riding but wouldn’t be recommended right now as it’s the start of deer season. There used to be, may still be there, some sort of mud bog type venue in Poplarville just west of the south exit off of i59.
