Sliders and seeing those deloreans must have made those shit drives well worth it. Jersey and New York are the worst parts about that drive. Oh and then Maryland. Never mind, the whole drive sucks. Sorry dude.

I have been so close to pulling the trigger on the sliders I want. Had a happy hour work thing last Thursday and had quite a buzz going and somehow staved off ordering them. Part of me is telling myself to hold off for the sake of the bank account. The other part of me is saying just do it, going to get them eventually anyway, and it’s cheap insurance for the truck. The debate continues..

 

Hey Guys, Just looking to hopefully get an opinion of where to get a good alignment done in the Valley/New Haven area. I am going to be doing my lift soon and want to have an idea ahead of time where the best place would be to bring it so I know it will be done right. Thanks!

First time I've been in a mall in 8 years. Shows you how much i despise malls.

I got some gift cards for my wife for Christmas so she can shop online.
Some of you know ,now you all know she has some health issues so walking in the mall is out of the question.

Killed two birds with one trip.
Christmas , and our 36 anniversary which is the day after Christmas.
Actually we really dont exchange gifts much any more, just take care of the kids and grand kids.

Was working in Waterbury last night, our driver couldn't get out of the mall. All those packages almost missed the plane / missed Christmas. The malls need an express in/out for deliveries only.

Only thing I can think of is running 2 phones, or a tablet and phone, or or or....well you get the idea

 

Thinking about going down to WV to spend a few days and the new year with my bro in law, and drive through some mountains in PA and MD, so was hoping to check the possible weather ahead of time to see if it was worth the drive or not.

One year, when the Mrs was preggo with our oldest, her and I drove down and got stuck in Frostburg (go fucking figure) MD, because of a huge snow storm we hit up there. Luckily we were able to get off the highway, slip and slide down a huge hill, and go to a HOLE IN THE WALL motel that had 1 room left. I slept fully clothed, got up, changed, and hit the road. As soon as I got to my bro in laws I took a nice long shower. Rather not go through the same scenario again.

I think you've just found your next job - selling your weather along the route app.

Best guess would be something designed for trail use - like hikers. I'm not familiar with any, but surely there must be something.
You could just zoom in-out on a radar map as you know you'd go regardless of what an app warned you about.

 

I asked another group & these are their favorite weather radar apps.
Dark Sky, Weatherbug, Weather Channel and Accuweather.
I never heard of Dark Sky. NOAA has one too.
