You want to purchase all american parts for your jap vehicle.... does not make much sense. Yes usa parts are WAY better than china but not all foreign parts are bad “again your truck was assembled in usa not made”

I have the greasable ones from the factory on my Prerunner... So.

Go to any autoparts web site and look up the part numbers for a 4X4 and then look up the part numbers for a Prerunner.

Hey look. The same part numbers for 4x4 and Prerunner.

    Moog - 270
    Duralast - 2-4800DL
    Valuecraft - 2-4800VC
    Spicer - 1330
    Spicer - 1310

American or Japanese, both are great. I avoid China specifically at all costs for many reasons...

Not sure why this is such a problem. And again...technically the truck is American. Built in Texas.

I mean honestly, I don't see what the problem is. When I buy something, if it's possible to get an American made version I go that route. Tools, parts, appliances, electronics (believe it or not some are actually made here, a few cell phones have been like the original Moto x).

So if I buy a truck designed by the Japanese but made in Texas, ...all the sudden it makes no sense to continue to buy American products including parts?

Yes this was established above. I am bewildered at all of this hostility (or perhaps you were not trying to sound like the others?)

I'm not being hostile. I guess you are just sensitive. I had told you earlier that the 4x4 and Prerunner take the same joint.

    Regardless of what Toyota says.

    ...No...

Some people were being ridiculous and I don't have time to keep track of every single different person.

I don't understand the need to be like that

Your truck was not built in America, is was assembled. Big difference. If you pull parts off your truck they literally say “Made in Japan” not “Made in America”. People are trying to correct your information so you know and you are getting your panties in a wad.
