I would look closely at the bottom bracket area for cracks. We used to joke about them being made from beer cans because the aluminum was so thin.

It was worse in the 90s when they tried making them too light, but it’s always something to think about.

Yeah my dad called them crackendales back in the day. The pics make it look like it was barely ridden. Figures everything I own with wheels on it has frame issues.
