Got my two S8’s mounted up and wired in. They are freaking crazy bright. Did the cut out on a table saw. Worked out much better than I expected. Also my dad helped me get all my switches illuminated with the interior lights. Really happy with how they look now.

 

Swapped front & rear turn signals, brake, and front corner bulbs to LED by JDMastar. Turn signals now match MESO V4 turn signal so much better. This will hold me over until MESO drops some more of his pro version tail lights. Also did LEDs in the grille.

 

Did you get your color matched bumper used or did you purchase an OEM bumper and have it sprayed? When I bought my SR it didn't bother me that much but ~1 year later the non-matched front bumper drives me nuts!

 

I bought it used by a local owner.

recovered a power wagon thst was buried to the headlights in a pond for 12 hrs about 2 hrs ago. Happened to be driving towards baker california, and here is a truck in a pond.

Nobody stopped to help them all day. Wtf is with people. Anyways this is the lil taco that could!!! He was buried to the front head lights and his back tyres were just out of the pond.

Shocked i got him out! Thanks to my bubba rope and a solid application of throttle not to mention teaching him whst to do with gearing, etc!!!

 

Hopefully Santa puts in a cute blonde in the stocking. Sadly I have no chimney in the drifter and he seems to be a bit to fat to fit down the fan or the snorkel. I do have eggnog and cookies in the swingout just incase.

My xmas is going to be spent crossing the mohave trail! Third time this year, love that trail. Especially the water crossing. I’ll be sure to post up pics/vid of it tomorrow. No idea how deep it is right now though, doesn’t matter its an easy trail and I have my fav spots!!

Thens its back to canuckistan, signa job offer and figbt with the gov whom seems to thing I live on the east coast, when i live on the west coast. Should be entertaining. They are after more tax moolah it appears. I havent been to my parents place in over two years and rent an apt on the west coast. Must be because it was an east coast company I worked for.
