Well man, I think you made the right decision. I love my duratracs.

As far as the clearance from the tire to the UCA? Your looking at right at a fingers width (I can barely get my finger in there). I just bought spidertax spacers to fix the issue. See my post.

Yeah man, but I am not lifted? Would I still have that issue as bad?

Hahaha man we did the exact same thing! Only I had to pay 169.00 per tire. so the difference I paid was 36 for all four tires and like forty dollars in shipping. Only had to end up forking over an additional 77 bucks to make the switch. They had no problem taking back the BFGs. I got mine mounted yesterday evening. I will post photos tomorrow.

These tires look mean. And on my 8" wheels the tread sticks out a good .75" past the fender flares.

Thanks! I am wondering if I am going to have to take the front mud flaps off. I hunt and fist a lot and want to keep crap from slinging up and hitting the truck. The paint on these things aren't what they used to be.

No you won't have to. That's only if you go taller like to 285s.

Front tire. Sorry I thought the mudflap would show in this pic. plenty of space between flap and tire.

Hmmm, I have an OME lift and LR UCAs... I think I might be rubbing a tad bit on my UCA's with 265/75/16 duratracs... is this even something to worry about? I figure, it is minor, and it will eventually wear to the point that it doesn't rub anymore by itself?

I got the Duratracs put on. Those who have Duratracs, did it take a lot of weight to get them balanced?

I wonder if I can go back and get them to do the sticky weights. How well do they hold up?

Sticky weights are pretty much so you don't have to pound wheel weights onto your rims, if you have a high dollar rim. They hold up fairly well, if there put on right. Sometimes they won't stick and go flying, but sometimes your just fine.

Should I be alarmed that Discount Tire actually "cut" a weight in order to make it balance?

I think I may be heading to Toyota to get my mechanic to do it correctly.

They used an awful lot of weight! This is not the wheel where they had to cut but wanted to show the weight they used.

What size tire are you running...and I don't see why they would have to cut a wieght
