Posting this up for my buddy.
He has a solo Motorsports +2 mid travel kit that he’s looking to sell. He has no use for it since he just bought a 4Runner pro. He’s looking to get $1900 or best reasonably offer. He was told the kit can be used for 2wd and 4wd tacoma applications.
Kit is located in Redlands, Ca

Is that confirmed it works for both 2wd and 4x? Or just a guess

It will work for 4x4. Just requires 2” extended axels. Total chaos sells them for 600$

Just curious, doesn’t total chaos call their 2” kit “long travel?” Is there any difference between this kit and total chaos?

    Willing to ship to 80003?

Total chaos’s +2 isn’t a “true” long travel kit, it’s still mid travel or “extended travel.” I might be able to ship out there, I need to figure out the weight and the safest way to package it up.

Yeah I can’t find it either. Pretty sure it’s legit, I’m just trying to find the actual page to see if there’s any additional info. 2+ kits seem to be niche, Total chaos is the only one who markets theirs.

I don’t question it’s quality. I know there stuff is solid I’ve used it in another truck. I’m just trying to find where it is listed so I can figure out it’s compatibility with my Ext travel oem Kings and also see if they offer axels.

    Ask @Evenflow

I’m sure you can use your oem Kings, but you should use the proper 8” travel shock

I spoke to the folks at Solo. They did confirm that I would need the 8” stroke coilovers and also confirmed I would need to source axels from another means since they do not produce this kit any longer.

Anyone know how this compares to a TC Race kit? TC’s states you gain more ground clearance and it’s lighter than their standard +2.

I also spoke with Solo. Apparently these were made for someone who was going to try and market them for overland stuff. I think they said only 5 kits were made and the guy bailed on the deal, or something like that.Doesnt seem like Solo was too thrilled.

Any idea on the weight of the kit OP?

I was told that you are able to use the +2 axles that TC offers

Not to sure about the weight, my guess would be around 80lbs it’s definitely a beefy kit. Yeah I was told they made 5-10 kits for someone and they backed out last minute after everything was already welded and powder coated
