Will this give me 3" and level?

First off, sorry but just looking for some verification. For a final conclusion on all the threads I have read {there seems to be 100's}............I would like to know if I am correct for my replacement lift that I'm ready to install. Looking for 3" and level. Already have Light Racing UCA's installed. I have read all the threads I can digest and this was my choice over the 3/2 spacer lift already installed. Thanks for tolerating another post with questions about Bilstein options.

It does get a little nauseating going through all the different lift options and ways to get your desired result. That looks like it should be just fine. Good luck it's all downhill from here with the mods you can do to your truck!

Seems like the most popular choice for all good reasons and the spacers for the extra 1/2" used by a few. I bought the components with the 5100's already assembled but they were set on the 3rd notch up for their advertised 3" lift. I assumed there would be spacers included and the 885's would be set on the bottom notch as so many here say is the best way to go. I have access to an automotive shop and can change the springs down to the bottom notch so no big deal. Should have saved the few extra bucks and did it myself to begin with but $399 assembled and shipped from Low Range Offroad was a pretty good deal and of course that included the new top hats. BTW.............their prices are pretty good and everything I ordered, including the leafpacks shipped for free. The only things I got afterwards were the hoses and the spacers, with the longer studs for the 1/2" side. Looking forward to cleaning up my suspension, the spacer lift was just temporary to see how I would like the looks and the function. My 2 leaf rear suspension is a joke and so poor as it came from the factory that I had bought air lifts just to keep it from bottoming out empty. Any tongue weight or load is out of the question without them.

 

Hmmmmm most I thought run them on the bottom notch. If you have access to a shop and can change that spring perch around easily and for free I'd lower it. Then if you need to raise it up for what you are looking for you can.

Installed and ended up with 23.5 center to fender, front both sides
23.75 on the left rear, slightly more on the right rear

Seem about average? Drove it about 20 miles on some bumpy road.

 

What was the before measurements? Do you have before and after pics?

 

I didn't measure when the truck was new but I did measure with the original 3/2 lift installed before I changed everything out.............

The front is level now and it wasn't before. With the 3/2 lift the LF was 22 3/4 and the RF was 23.
The rear was the 2 leaf spring with a 2" block and it measured 23.

From all the reading I have done here, most say the original average is 20" front, 22" rear. Just wonder if it may settle a little more................seems I have gained about a 1/2" in the front and little more in the rear. Nice to have the stance seem more proper with a slight rake
