Looks great! Gives me an idea on how it would look on my truck (ink with gray fenders/bumpers)

Doesnt look bad color matched overall.

Looks AMAZING! Can you post a shot of the whole truck? It looks great fully painted but I dont think it would on a Red Pearl truck

I've been on the fence about buying one of these-will likely wait until spring, too cold in MN.

But can someone post a picture of the gap issue caused by the bad weatherstrip? Thanks

Looks like you have a magnetic gray truck, so do I, can't wait to see the final product.

Here you go. This is without the weatherstrip installed.

I have the bug shield and I still not install my stripping
    It hides the gap

Well here it is! Very happy with the turn out, I've had the truck for 4+ years and this feels like it freshens it up, awesome little face lift. The fit is good also, I fabricated some plastic seal mounts and super glued them on, worked out great. I put it on quick I will adjust it a little better, it was -10 here in Canada today my fingers were frozen lol.20181225_152009.jpg 20181225_151936.jpg 20181225_151942.jpg

I just got One today, and love it. I adhered the weatherstripping with butyl rubber. Not the best luck with it. I’ll need to try something else. I hope someone comes up with a better solution.

Would taking some material off the locations in red help remove some of the gap between the grill and the hood? Since I don't own one yet it's hard to tell, I love the grill just not the gasket, although I think I could easily fab up some of these tabs with my 3D printer, just looking at other alternatives.

I don’t think it would change anything, the only way to make it sit higher, would be to push those brackets down farther into the shell, but doing so would make the contact points at the bottom sit too high and it would flop around. Or, continue to hunt for the perfect gasket remedy.
