We've got psych x2 and back pain in the department.

 

I didn't sleep too well for some reason

The diet coke isn't working

We're down to 8.

 

You probably work in a real ER. We've got two hospitals in an area that could be served by one. This action here is babytown frolics compared to everywhere else I've worked. They cracked a chest the other day, I guess. Everyone loses their minds when we place one chest tube around here... I am glad I wasn't in for that noise.

 

We're just a level 3.

 

2 fucking ambulances calls...….one with body rash.....one with neuropathy pain......fucking worthless pieces of shit.

 

We are a level 3 that sees 100ish patients a day.

 

That sounds like a typical shift here lol.

Why would you call the deadsled for a rash? I look at these people and wonder what made them think to call 911 for this shit at this time of night when the roads are garbage.

I didnt sleep before my shift. Drove 4 hours from home to my duty station this morning, then binge-watched the show Lucifer.

 

Shit. You're much closer to my ED than phil's. We're on bullshit diversion. You have to head south.

 

I think we're only about 140 a day

They have no respect for anyone but themselves.

The best are the ones that get off the ambulance and walk away...…..assholes use it as a taxi

Friend o' mine works with AMR. Always tell her we're going to schedule our next drunken brawl when she's on shift.
