Yep, saw that...I woke up to a somewhat of a lightning show and looked at the radar. Said ok it's not hitting us so went back to sleep.

They are great tires, ride great, sling mud everywhere, dead quiet on the hwy,,,,, but they smell like yak chit. Really they do.

We had a next door neighbor that bought 40 acres outside of Brownwood, had big plans. Sold it about 5 years later, when they realized the same thing you did.

 

Its a hard pill to swallow for sure, whats worse we took a slight loss on it.

We kinda had the same until we bought a trashed out house in the country. 18yrs later we’ve moved further out.

Howdy pardner, sounds great, will have to see about arranging a pickup. C&C is a possibility (hopeful) but too early to tell rt now. Gotta let the holidays wind down, still exhausted and draggin arse.

much appreciated. FYI: Still working on that project for ya , bout half way thru. Holidays slowed me down a bit and didn't get nearly as much done as I had wanted, personal or otherwise.

How'd everyone make out in that turd floater last night? Huntsville got 3-4.5 inches between 11 and 3am. Two of the three routes to my office were closed to flooding. Sounded like a dagum hurricane coming thru and Gunner sat right between us on a pillow all night growling at the thunder. Lil dude was prepared for war.

 

Few downed limbs in the yard but that's about it over here.

Sounded like cannons going off outside, loud thunder.
