What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Got my 2019 last friday, didn't have time to do much yet but did center cap and windshield stickers.

 

agreed. i am wanting the pro rims for my 2019 offroad and if this is how it will look as far as stance i couldn't get any happier....

Yes I left badges on and used painters tape to mark around badges to help with over spray. It was an easy process. If I do it again I will say to be patient between coats and do the first two layers lightly. Hope it goes well for you!

 

This happened yesterday but it was too dark for photos by the time I picked it up. ARE truck topper with OTR coating. Can't wait to put the truck bed platform I built back into it and go camping this weekend.

Installed the Rexing V1 Dash Cam with the Shape Ways GoPro mount. Nice clean install. I ran the wire across the headliner and down the A pillar. Still using the cigarette power adapter, but I think I'll wire it behind the dash at some point.

 

Nope got rid of it already

 

Installed new homelink mirror no more remotes!

 

A couple weeks ago I drove my truck from California up to C4 Fabrication in South Dakota to let them prototype some new bumpers for 3rd gens. Heres a few shots of the progress and some of the updates being made to the rear high clearance rear bumper.

 

Nice! And you have a nice dry place to park it. I got a set of Weathertech mudguards from the FedEx man today but it is raining here. An all day rain it looks like.

 

I installed that exact same setup with go pro mount. But I find that sometimes it turns on with the truck, sometimes not. When it doesn’t, I have to unplug/plug back in to get it to fire up. When it’s on, it works great though.

Do you have similar problems?

I also test fit this Curt recovery point. It's a nice solid piece with a 6.5 ton shackle and tough finish. Seems a lot nicer then what else is commonly available on Amazon.
