Billstein 5100's all around, ToyTec coilovers up front, ToyTec 1.5" AAL in the rear with TSB leaf springs, Light Racing Upper Control Arms, XD Revolvers in Black wrapped in 265/70/17 BFG TA/KOs, AFE Pro Dry S Airfilter, Pioneer AVIC-X920BT in-dash NAVI, Devil Horns by Andres, 14 inch shorty antenna
Well, it's been a couple of months since I've done anything to my truck and we all know what that means... Time for a new mod. I currently have my front bilsteins set to 2.5 and I'm looking at changing out the stock springs with this I'm looking from input from any of ya'll that may be running these on their truck. Are they better then the stock springs? Better ride? Any drawbacks? That kind of stuff. I'm also planning on the LR UCA to correct a little wandering problem I've got at highway speeds. Any thoughts ya'll have would be greatly appreciated.

I figured they'd be better then the stock springs and I'm really geeked out to switch to a coilover setup. I would LOVE a discount code, it might ease the argument a little...

Toytec coilovers set at 3", 5100 shocks all around, rear AAL and 1"block, 18" Moto Metal 951's with 285/60/18 Terra Grapplers, Leer Topper, de-badged, T-rex billet grille, BHLM, K&N intake, Jardine catback, Doug Thorley Long Tube headers, 8" kicker solo barik, Clarion 7" in dash dvd player. 12.1" flip down screen
The ride between the 5100's and the coilovers is night and day. So much nicer with the coilover. Not to mention that little bit of extra lift if you want it. I love mine.

Honestly, suspension work really isn't that hard. I've managed to do everything myself so far with the occasional helping hand from a buddy. I took my 5100s into pep boys and they assembled them for me, didn't even charge me ( the tech was a fellow taco owner). Trust me the feeling of accomplishment when you stand back and look at your truck is well worth the sweat and learning curve. Grab a wrench, you won't be dissapointed!!!

An extra pair of hands definately helps, there are also a ton of really helpful threads on TW and a bunch of patient and great people willing to answer questions. I did my entire lift with my laptop open, asking questions the whole way.

I too would love a discount code for the toyotec lifts as well... I am heading down south today from canada and am planning to find something there to bring back home.
