How is the chaser rack mounted? Does the rear piece have to be included? Asking because I use a shell almost full time.

Since the cab-rack is mounted to the bed-rack, which is mounted to the bed.... how does this all work when you get the truck flexed offroad and the bed drops a few inches from the cab from the frame flex? Does the rack above the cab make contact with the cab?

The back portion is a separate rack and mounts to the bed.

They are 2 different racks. There is about a 1" gap between the two

Is the front bumper mounted by direct fixation to frame? I am worried about unnecessary airbag activations, unnecessary frame damage that will total the truck.

Are you going to make the roofrack compatible with the TRD snorkel?

It is however the air bag sensors are deceleration sensors not impact sensors so no affect. Also the bumper is designed to crumble before the frame in a high impact situation.

    Unfortunately likely not.

You should look into it, no other rack does, first company to do one will get all the TRD Pro owners with DAI.

He mentioned before yes to parking but no to BSM, too much liability risk.

Hey Ben, what are the shipping dimensions of both the aluminum short bed over softtopper bed rack, and the aluminum double cab rack with light bar fairing? Would be looking to get these shipped to an APO address and the weights should be fine as they're each individually under 70lbs, just making sure the package dimensions are under 120 inches combined L+W+H as that's the only other hurdle to clear for APO's.
