Problems with hardware coming loose isn't a bumper issue. It's a hardware issue. Use nylock or stover nuts and torque things properly, and it shouldn't be an issue.

I'm not a hunter, never been interested. But because of the coyote population up on the mountain where my cabin is some of my buddies that are also property owners up there asked me if I would be interested. A group of us were at my place Saturday night outside bs'ing around my fire pit with the stereo playing pretty loud when we heard these awful howling/growling, branches breaking noises coming from the woods behind my property. My buddy said it was coyotes probably chasing a deer or fox. Anyone here ever hunt coyotes?

I don’t think that was the issue...

    You’d have to ask @CanisLupus

It wasn’t hardware, all bolts were torqued down. There seemed to be play in the physical bumper, if you pulled on the hoops away from the truck, it was a little wobbly.

A lot cheaper than paying to repair your rockers over and over. I would think.

Thanks for the info. I'm on my lunch break researching coyote/predator calls now. I have 2 deer stands erected on my property I'm guessing I can hunt coyotes elevated off the ground. I'm gonna ask my good ole buddy @Tonymontana if I can borrow his .308, he has that scope dialed in.

Full trd pro suspension. Toytec progressive add-a-leaf pack (with overload in). Sema trd 4runner rims. 285 70 17 ridge grapplers. Satoshi grill.
I read somewhere a coyote was hit at 95 and 24 in Edgewood/Abingdon area of Harford county. Kinda hard to believe. I can see northern Harford county but south/east of belair is crazy.

We've changed our design on the aluminum to be stronger everytime. We rarely get a complaint about the strength but we listen, learn and try to improve. Here is the most recent version of the aluminum front bumpers.

You can use the .308 or the .223, both are accurate but .223 is more user friendly :D :infantry:

You need to come up and shoot with us. I have 2 leadsleds to aid sighting in a scope and @Tonymontana has a range finder.
