I have NEVER coasted with a AT.. unless it is shifted into neutral. case and point:
coast
/kōst/
verb
gerund or present participle: coasting

I used to prefer to drive a MT, age and injuries have now dictated that I am in an AT. Almost every M/T vehicle I have ever driven, including many different makes and models of bikes, I lived in gear both during accelerating and decelerating. Coasting only happened in neutral/clutch in when I did not want to stop/decel and apply any throttle. The engine braking then release and apply power cycle would be a real irritant if I was still running a MT. I feel your pain.

 

Does this mean"SOON"has officially Arrived?

Now let it simmer for a bit ! When custom tuning is open you can make that adjustment if still needed!

 

I am not trying to start a terminology tangent, and I appreciate everyone proving my point about different terms and different meaning. But now I am curious, if you are in an AT and you take your foot off the gas and let the car roll to the stoplight without hitting the brake right away. What do you call that if not coasting? I usually let off the gas early, coast and then ease into the brake. By your definition provided that is coasting, moving easily without power (no foot on the gas). If you go straight from gas to brake your killing your brake pads.

There should not be any idling issues on of the newest release version but if there is then send us a ticket.

I have not checked all my tickets and will not be responding to all of them until the 3rd. So if you don't get a response yet please just be patient.

I really want to have 1.05 out to everyone before New years because we have a lot planned for 2019 on this platform and 1.05 cannot get in the way.
