So here's a quick due diligence question on those 5100s...can I stuff them under my ass without producing any lift? I was gonna experiment with a stock sport front end, but try the Bilsteins in the back. Looking for the feel of sport rear end with about 200 lbs in the back. That's a nice ride/handling combo...I just don't wanna ride around with extra 200lbs in the back. Dead bodies emit an aroma after awhile.

You will have no lift. Shocks don't produce lift, only leafs.

That much media packed on 1 page can cause slow loading

I would double check with that.

Although they give no lift they might be too long for stock height

It’s just a challenge. Have done most of the trails in ardbeg and haven’t done that one. It’s the next thing to check of the list.

It’s all a game. Try trail. make it. Move to next one. Try, break, fix, try again make it move on. Would be easier if I had a chart lol.

I don't really get what you mean by 4wheeler trail as it's a 4wd trail just like the rest of Ardbeg trail is.

    Just a bit harder.
And don't get me wrong I agree with you I don't want to break my truck but you also need to remember Eugene wheels to the point of carnage. He likes to push his truck to the breaking point.

But you can do parts of it without damage just being careful. It's only the muddy part of won't do.

Many like to try harder trails with their trucks. Part of 4wd is trying harder stuff.

Just need to be smart about it.
And if you go on of4wd black loop is actually rated easier than the whole South trail

Lol, remind me when was last time I broke anything? Tip: 2 years ago
The whole trail can be done stock with no skids, it is all about the driver skill. No need for steel armour, 33" tires etc.
South trail can be done in 2HI, so I would argue that the trail is harder. They need to update the ratings.

We had Russian style election here, where no opposition was allowed (OTC) :D I like it too, because there is no conjugation of words and prepositions. Just simple 3 words lol

No black loop trail is not like any other trail in Ardbeg I have been on. The trails I have been on, North and South. Are 4x4 trails that trucks can do. Black loop is tiny, skinny, made for and by 4wheelers. Not trucks. Jeeps love it because they are just large 4wheelers imo.

I have seen a few trails, I know the difference when looking at them. Like @Norilsk said they need to update the trail ratings for Ardbeg.

I am all for trying 'harder' stuff, but everyone has an idea of what hard is for them and their rig. This year I have done nothing but harder things as my rig just got to the point of real off roading this year.
