    Hi Susan, he's fine, maybe a little tired. I just got done locking the doors! It was my son's 30th birthday today. He dropped by and I cooked a chicken on the rotiserie and made some baked sweet potatoes. Came out good.:drool:

    Since I've been out of work I've been getting really interested in cooking. If I were a little younger I wouldn't mind cooking for a living. My very first job was washing dishes in a big restaurant and the head chef was a jerk. Turned me off from kitchen work.

    I am sure it will, but it is more of a realization that parts are becoming harder to find for the 1st gens than they once were. Still able to find what I need, but just not as many choices.

    I think cooks have to work really hard under lousy conditions, especially just starting out. Maybe when I am really retired I can look into it part time, but I need to stick with what I know for now to make a half decent paycheck.
