Fuel pump/tank setup is looking great, badass work as usual mang!

Do you have any idea as to a place I could buy a spacer for the race of my roush tensioner? I installed mine, and the belt alignment was less than stellar. Took it back off and now im trying to find a good spacer. Looks like the outer diameter of the race is 5/8"

@Roostfactor how is the belt alignment on yours?

The edge of the belt sits right on the edge of the pulley but makes full contact.

Strange, mine had almost a quarter inch of the belt not making contact

I haven’t put mine on yet. You did swap the pulley over from the original tensioner, right? I think the Roush one is slimmer.

IIRC, the inner diameter of the bearing race is 17mm, the OD of the bolt is ~8mm and the difference between the post height and the Roush tensioner race width is 3-5mm.

I haven’t had the Magnuson tensioner off yet to see if the Magnuson bearing and the Roush bearing share the same thickness. If they do, then you be looking for a 17mm OD x 8mm ID spacer that is ~3mm to 5mm thick. That would be just to support the bearing.

If you need to space the pulley out, you’d be looking for a spacer that had a 17mm ID. Not sure about the OD, I’ve never measured it.

Yessir, sure did swap the pulleys from the original tensioner. Thank you much for the information.. I will be looking into this, or I may try to make a spacer out of the race that's in the roush pulley..

Alright, I'm going to try to make fuel rails. It'll end up either being a big fail with the truck on fire, or it'll work just fine. :fingerscrossed:

    Ordered:
    36" Holley fuel rail extrusion
    https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hly-534-208/overview/

Expensive-ass Ross Machine 14mm injector port drill bit
    http://rossmachineracing.com/injectortool.html

    3/4-16 (AKA -8an) tap
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000TQ6R2A/

Used lower intake manifold from eBay for mockup
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/LOWER-INTA...runner-fj-cruiser-4-0-329-59716/202518363308?

Used stock fuel rail from eBay for measurements
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-2011-...ECTION-RAIL-4-0-6-CYLINDER-USED/283025846192?

@Torspd I see that there is a pulse damper there. Maybe I will try to integrate one.

That there is. I made sure to have them configure it for the OEM damper. Very easy to remove from the OEM rail.

The good thing about the injectors and the mounting hardware, is that they are all the same angle.

Will that work with fuel? If I read the description correctly it said it was for transmissions. I'd like a way to cool the fuel on my 80's return line. It heats the tank up and then you get vapors coming out of the tank when you go to re-fuel.

Yes, you can use it for fuel. They say it in the instructions.
