Right on thank you sir! I've put one on my last truck tape on one side and working it down. I'm guessing that's the hinge method you are talking about? It worked pretty slick. I'll check out the videos before I install it for sure!

I did post this elsewhere but maybe you guys could help.
I opened up the controller box on my x20 and I have a random green wire. I'm not sure were it goes.
Any suggestions ? I'm wondering if it might be the antenna for the wireless controller??

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Hmm.. put new injectors in a 3.4 because of a leaky injector. Drives fine. Runs rich. Threw p0172... clean the maf.

Code comes back in 15 miles.

Looks like I have a different issue now. Oh well. Back to the drawing board... break out the manual tomorrow and start probing. Fuel trims are -27 long term. She’s runing a we bit fat

thats one thing im thinking. im going to mess with it. i dont see why it would be though. ive plenty of injectors on 3.4s before.. never had an issue like this. worst comes to worst i just start swaping my good parts on to figure out what it is lol

It kind of looks like it prolapsed trying to pass a tire, but somehow it still looks cool.

Can someone with a 98 show me where the horn wire comes from. Previous owner ditched the steering wheel and installed a removable racing steering wheel also cut up the front end to do a 1 piece tundra fiberglass clip and removed the horn. From searches I'm guessing it's a black wire on the passenger side but I cant find a single unplugged black wire

Tried to help my Taco get over it's fear of rust by some tough love therapy.
For you non-rust belters, it's officially called "brine pretreatment". The cyanide for Tacos.
