The money I was going to put forth for ARBs will now go toward the LT kit. I will save money the next couple of months. To answer you, maybe before the end of this year (maybe great Christmas present :D)

I got some Deaver Springs from Cliff. I installed them over the holiday weekend. I just got around to taking some pics.

I got a little bit of bro-lean with the deavers.

Maybe if I remove the shackles the truck will sit level. I don't know if it is a good idea, any input would help...

Ya definitely do not remove the shackles. When the rear suspension flexes the leaves flatten out or curve more thus expanding or reducing the length from eye to eye. Therefore the shackle moves back and fourth to facilitate the movement. So if you had 2 fixed positions you would essentially be riding on zero suspension becuase your leaf springs would no longer expand (flatten out) or curve.

    Okay, thanks for the input.

It rides great, I just need to find a way to level the truck.

I guess you could have them rearched, but I don't think that would be my first choice. Maybe that Armor-tech rear shackle flip that Drew02 put on his truck would solve the problem. :notsure:

Or you could have the spring perches removed, new ones put on the top, get new U-bolts, and get new lower shock mounts so that the springs are mounted over the axle. Although, I would try to stick with under if you're going to LT it.

Edit: Just read the Armortech shackle flip gives about 1/2" of lift. Probably not enough to level it out.

I order a new head unit and dash kit earlier this week and everything came in on Friday. I got everything wired up and installed.

BTW, does anyone know the part number for the piece that is missing under my left vent? If some one could, can you take off the piece off and see if there is a part number behind it. I'd appreciate the help.

Not 100% sure but I think its
    55524-04020

I would check mine to confirm since my radio bezel is out right now, but the number is gone because I made a hole in that trim piece to mount a gauge.

I had my scan gauge mounted to that piece, whoever stole my SG ripped out that whole piece and took.

I called the dealership they have one in stock, the rep I talked to said there is no image coming up on the screen, so I will be heading there to see if that is the piece I need.

yea you deff need to do a shackle flip and use jeep shackles, its isnt hard if you know some one with a welder and simple metal tools, plus you can get lift shackes for jeeps that have multiple holes so you can adjust your height

Do you have a link for the product you are talking about? Maybe a write up?

I was planning on going with Armor Tech's shackle flip.
